• There is a broad set of platforms and client applications which can be used to access Directum’s services. The full range consist of Windows desktop application, web access, mobile access via smartphones and tablets and an I-pad application, dedicated for top managers and other decision makers.
• Regardless of the client, a friendly interface is provided. Friendly interface helps users switch to Directum with minimal amount of effort and places no burden on the service desk.
• The Directum package may include development and integration toolkits. Both integrated development environment and the high-level language to ensure integrated solutions development, an open API and a broad set of connectors to help build integration with a vast majority of business systems.
